2. Products and Orders

Products are described on their respective product pages. Customised items (printed with your logo or artwork) are manufactured to order and cannot be returned unless defective.

An order is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel an order if the product is unavailable, in which case we will refund any amount already paid.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in euros and include VAT. Payment is processed securely via Mollie (credit/debit card, bank transfer). The order is processed only after successful payment confirmation.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to Italy and selected European countries. Delivery times are indicative and depend on the carrier. Standard delivery takes approximately 5–10 business days after order confirmation. Personalised orders may take longer due to production lead times.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, provided the products are standard (non-customised) items in their original condition.

Customised or personalised products are exempt from the right of withdrawal pursuant to Art. 59(c) of the Consumer Rights Directive, as they are manufactured to the consumer's specifications.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, send written notice to [email protected] before the deadline.

6. Warranties and Defects

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years from delivery) as required by Italian and EU consumer law. If a product is defective or does not conform to its description, contact us at [email protected] within 2 months of discovering the defect.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products beyond those required by mandatory law. Our liability in any case shall not exceed the price paid for the order in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (images, texts, logos) is the property of M.G. PACKAGING S.R.L. UNIPERSONALE and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from these Terms, the court of Bolzano (BZ) shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in the consumer's country of residence.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Orders placed before the change remain governed by the previous version.
