  • Account data: first name, last name, email address and password (stored securely via hashing through Cloudflare).
  • Shipping & billing data: delivery address, phone number and tax details for invoice issuance.
  • Browsing data: IP address and technical data managed by Cloudflare for site security.

3. Purposes and Legal Basis

Your data is processed exclusively for:

  • Contract performance: processing orders and shipments.
  • Legal obligations: invoicing and tax compliance.
  • Account management: access to your reserved area via a protected SQL database.

We do not use your data for profiling or marketing, nor do we share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Payments (Mollie)

All card payments are processed externally on the Mollie platform (mollie.com). Our Site never displays or stores your card details. Once payment is complete, Mollie sends us an automatic webhook notification to confirm the outcome and allow order processing.

5. Security

Data is stored in protected SQL databases. Passwords are never stored in plain text but hashed in collaboration with Cloudflare's protection technologies. Access is restricted exclusively to internal staff responsible for logistics and accounting.

6. Recipients

Your data will be shared only with:

  • Express couriers (for delivery).
  • Tax consultants (for accounting).
  • Technology providers (Cloudflare for security, hosting provider).

7. Retention

We will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above and for the periods required by law (e.g. 10 years for tax invoices).
